Enhance school-wide instructional capacity by working collaboratively with school building leaders and teachers to establish an effective, distributive leadership model in addition to supporting the development of groups of teachers through meaningful professional development aligned with the Danielson Framework and the school’s instructional focus.

United Federation of Teachers Chapter Leader

December 2016 - June 2019

Serve as a resource for members regarding pensions, health coverage and other UFT matters. Ensure the UFT contract is enforced properly, and services are provided represent chapter members in informal resolutions of issues with the administration and in grievances.
